Modern hotel, I enjoyed its good and magnificent location.

I spent here 3 pleasant days and would definitely stop here again.

The hotel is brand-new with a panoramic view. The breakfast is savory and great. The location is excellent for visiting restaurants and cafes close by. There are a good restaurant and a shopping mall next door.

Our stay was really great, really enjoyed savoury and tasty breakfasts.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santa Cruz and had a great experience. The location was perfect, situated in a fashionable area close to the international airport. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the city. The room was comfortable with a luxurious bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. The breakfast had a wonderful selection and the hotel had great facilities, including a large Mall called Ventura nearby.

One downside was that the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a fashionable area of Santa Cruz. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Ventura Mall and many chain restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The staff, especially Angelo, were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room had a cool flat-screen TV with lots of channels, A/C to set the perfect temperature, and a safe just for me to keep my stuff safe 👍.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure my stay was enjoyable. The gym on the top floor was well-equipped and provided a great workout.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Santa Cruz! The staff provided superb customer service, from the bell boy who helped me book my pick up, to the efficient front desk team. The modern urban rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed a good night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The breakfast, with its fresh tropical fruit, was delicious, and the rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
